Dare to dream

I don't think I ever asked my parents where babies come from. Is that really a question kids ask? I don't remember finding out. It could still be all a hoax. I have no proof of where babies come from. I hope that the stork waits until I have enough money to buy food to drop off a cute little bundle of joy at my doorstep (see: apartment hallway). I would, however, appreciate a puppy whenever one decides to find me :)

It's time for a change. Not a little change. A drastic change of personality and purpose. It's time to make a list of the possible directions my life could take.

List right now:
-move north (DC or NY)
-move west (TX or CA)
-buy a car (if public transportation sucks like in Atlanta...which is doubtful)
-get a job (using my degree...or not)
-go to grad school

It's so far and out of sight...

I have a day to sleep in. So instead, I have nightmares and wake up earlier than usual.

I have too much to say, which has turned into nothing at all. So instead, a question (or a few):
If you knew today would be your last, how would you spend it? Who's arms would you lie in? Who's eyes would you fall into? What would you eat? What would you say?

If you always tell the truth, you never have to remember anything.

The song that's been on repeat for about 2 weeks now...(Click)

Ugghhhh...I'm too tired to exist. What do I do now?

I have no paper, so I learned how to make paper tulips with magazine pages. I'll add it to my kindergarten resume, right under coloring and napping.

I really hope this tension releasing tea is one of the instant gratification variety

Peace

I think maybe I'll stop hiding. Maybe I'll even open this space up for others to see. How do I stop being alone if I won't let anyone in?

It's time for something new. Not something tangible. Or maybe so. I need to go back to enjoying the simple things. Chocolate melting in my mouth. The warmth of the sun on my skin. The look that's almost audible.

Happiness lies in the simple things. I have to find those things again.
